You can modify your limits at any time. If you lower a limit, the change takes effect immediately. However, increasing a limit requires email confirmation and can only occur after the previous limit of the same type has expired, ensuring thoughtful decision-making.   • Deposit Limit: Set a maximum for your deposits over a day, week, or month.
  • Loss Limit: Establish a cap on your losses at the casino for a day, week, or month. Keep in mind that losses are calculated based on your initial deposit, not any winnings. For example, if you deposit €50, set a Loss Limit of €10, and win €1,000, you can still lose more than €10 from the €1,000 balance since the limit is based on your initial deposit.
  • Wager Limit: Define a maximum amount for wagers over a day, week, or month.
  • Cooling-Off Limit: You can designate a Cooling-Off Period for a set duration. During this time, you cannot make deposits to the Casino and will be excluded from promotional offers, though you can withdraw any remaining funds. The Cooling-Off period takes effect immediately, and your account will automatically reactivate once it expires.
  • Self-Exclusion Limit: You may choose a Self-Exclusion Limit for a specified period. This will immediately disable your Player Account, and you will be excluded from promotional offers during this time. You will not be able to deposit or withdraw funds while the limit is active, and your account will automatically reactivate once the period ends.
  • Session Limit: You can restrict the amount of time you spend gambling. This limit is applied instantly, and if you reach it, you will be logged out of your account. You can set the limit for a range from 6 minutes to 1,000,000 minutes.

Self-Exclusion by Request

We will promptly block your account access and ensure you no longer receive promotional materials. If you choose self-exclusion, you won’t be able to log in or withdraw any remaining balance. Keep in mind that self-exclusion does not exempt you from any necessary verification procedures required for fund processing, and withdrawals will be subject to casino limits.
