Use of Player Account
Each player may create only one personal account. Registration is limited to one account per individual, household, address, IP, or device. Additional accounts will be considered ‘Duplicate Accounts’.
All registration fields must be completed, including a verifiable email. If multiple accounts are created, the Casino may close them and cancel payouts. Sharing accounts or allowing others, especially minors, to use the site is prohibited.
Winnings or bonuses from Duplicate Accounts may be reclaimed, and players must return withdrawn funds upon request. The website is for personal use only, not for commercial gain.
It’s your responsibility to keep your account information updated. We may verify your phone number. Unverified accounts may be suspended, and if we cannot contact you within one month regarding fund withdrawals, your account will be locked.
Depositing
Playfina supports various payment methods, including VISA, MasterCard, and alternative options, and all Paysafe transactions are processed through Dama N.V. For specific information on the best payment methods for your country, you can contact support. Deposits must be made from your own accounts, as payments from third parties are not allowed. The company will refund the original deposit to the payment account holder in case of irregularities, resulting in the loss of winnings. It is important to note that the company is not responsible for funds lost from third party accounts.
The minimum deposit limits depend on the currency or cryptocurrency used, while the maximum limits vary depending on the selected payment method. Cryptocurrency deposits through CoinsPaid have no set limits, but it is essential to consider the fluctuation in cryptocurrency exchange rates, for which the company takes no responsibility. Lastly, the minimum fee for CoinsPaid BTC deposits has increased due to the rise in blockchain fees, while the minimum fee for other deposits will decrease.
Withdrawal Policy
The minimum withdrawal amount is €20, while the maximum withdrawal amount is determined by the payment method used and any excess amount will be processed in installments. The casino may request identity verification before processing payments, which could cause delays. Approved transactions are normally processed within 24 hours. Providing false or incomplete personal information can result in withdrawal denial and account closure.
Withdrawals can be made via Original Credit Transfer (OCT) from Visa and Payment Transfer from Mastercard, as long as the card is personalised and issued in a supported country. However, success is not guaranteed as banks may block or reject transactions. Bank transfers typically take 3-7 banking days, and USD payments via bank transfer are not permitted, with additional fees possible from intermediary banks. The maximum withdrawal limits are €2,000 per day, €5,000 per week, and €20,000 per month, unless otherwise stated in promotional terms. VIP players and jackpot winnings above €20,000 may have exceptions to these limits. The casino may contact you by phone for verification, and failure to respond within one month may result in account blocking.
Arbitration
All disputes arising between you and the Casino, including its successors, related to these Terms and Conditions or any associated agreements, will be resolved exclusively through arbitration in Cyprus, following the Cyprus Civil Procedure Rules.
